Find the attached Performa regarding the various duties to be performed during KOSHISH 2010. Volunteers for the various duties are welcome. There are three sheets in the same file representing different departments. Every sheet contains faculty code and the list of various events. Give minimum 4 choices priority wise. Fill 1 against the event which is your top priority and 4 against the last priority and so on. Kindly fill the Performa and e-mail me back by 12.00 PM tomorrow. You are welcome for any kind of query regarding the same.
